Strengthening Endurance’s Service Continuity: Meet Olivia

Delivering a responsive and reliable experience for customers depends on more than frontline teams alone. It requires strong support functions, clear communication and the right people behind the scenes to keep everything moving efficiently as the business grows.

As part of our continued growth, we are pleased to introduce Olivia Obermaier, who joined the business in April as Administration Controller.

Although new to the industry, Olivia has quickly become an important part of the team, supporting customer communications and working closely with both our service and rental departments to help keep information flowing efficiently across the business.

As our customer base continues to grow, roles like Olivia’s become increasingly important. Strong administration provides the foundation for clear communication, smooth coordination and the responsiveness our customers rely on every day.

As Chloe Coyne, Group Service Director, explains:
