Next Stop: RWM 2026

The Endurance team will be at Resource & Waste Management Expo (RWM) 2026 at the NEC Birmingham on 16 and 17 September, joining professionals from across the waste, recycling and resource management sector.

RWM brings together local authorities, operators, fleet professionals and industry experts to discuss some of the pressures facing the sector, from regulation and sustainability through to technology, procurement and the practical demands of keeping services running.

For Endurance, that makes it a valuable opportunity to step back from individual fleet decisions and look at the wider picture.

The choices being made around fleet, funding and service delivery are increasingly connected to a bigger question: how do you keep essential services running when the pressures around them continue to change?

We’re looking forward to hearing how others are approaching that challenge, sharing what we’re seeing across our own operations and exploring what those conversations tell us about the future of municipal fleet strategy.

Neil Jeremiah and James Mulligan will be in Birmingham throughout the event, continuing the conversations Endurance has with councils and operators every day: what is putting pressure on services now, where fleet strategy needs to change and how organisations can plan for what comes next.

If any of those questions are on your agenda, connect with one of the team before RWM or get in touch to arrange a time to meet during the event.

See you in Birmingham!.
