How long have you been with Endurance?

“I’ve been with Endurance for over three years now, and I can safely say that no two days have been the same (yet!)”

What are the most challenging and rewarding parts of your role?

“One of the biggest challenges is navigating delivery driver shortages and ensuring smooth customer communication. But the most rewarding part is helping customers make the best fleet replacement decisions and solving issues that make a real difference to their business.”

What do you see shaping the future of fleet management?

“Over the next five years, we’ll see major advancements in telematics, AI, and environmental policies – the shift towards electric, hydrogen, and hybrid vehicles will be particularly key. I’m also planning ahead for potential financial constraints and the need to hire and retain top talent, so that we can ensure continued growth while maintaining a consistent and unified customer experience.”
