Meet The Team: Kevin Hill, Fleet Manager
In our latest #MeetTheTeam feature, we’re introducing Kevin Hill, our Fleet Manager. Kevin plays a vital role in keeping Endurance moving – literally. From vehicle logistics to compliance and customer service, his work is central to the smooth running of our nationwide operations.
How long have you been with Endurance?
“I joined in May 2020, so I’ve been with Endurance for five years now.”
What are the most challenging and rewarding parts of your role?
“When I first joined, I handled everything from compliance and third-party repairers to vehicle valeting, MOT preparation, inspections and deliveries across the UK. The variety was both the most challenging and most rewarding part of the role. We experienced some growing pains as a young business and during the restraints of Covid but as we’ve continued to grow, my team has expanded and is now more focused on their specific roles, which has made a huge difference.”
What do you see shaping the future of fleet management?
“The shift towards greener, more sustainable vehicles is certainly leading the way. We’re seeing an increasingly diverse fleet, and while training is available and ongoing, the speed at which technology is evolving presents a real challenge in staying ahead.”
What is the best thing about working at Endurance?
No two days are the same, and that variety keeps the role interesting! One day, I might be in the office, the next, I’ll be in a customer review meeting, or I’ll be visiting colleagues at one of our other locations.
The Directors are incredibly supportive and always keep the customer front and centre in every decision. That kind of leadership creates a great working environment. What’s not to love about being part of this team?
