Endurance was founded to deliver much-needed modernisation to a stagnating sector with large-scale investment to secure the highest quality fleet; application of the best technology to drive efficiency and safety; excellent customer care; and a genuine commitment to contribute to net zero goals by making it easier to integrate cleaner vehicles into municipal fleets, with responsible disposal to drive a circular economy.
A specialist service for specialist operators
The Company now employs over 50 people, and supports councils and specialist contractors across the UK with a modern and continually renewed fleet of over 550 vehicles. The fleet is maintained by the Company’s own operation at its headquarters near Chepstow in South Wales, with customer fleet support delivered through a nationwide network of proven and vetted partners.

Endurance is proud to be awarded a place on the ESPO Framework (numbers 218_21 and 271_24). This trusted framework provides a streamlined route to secure, high-quality vehicles for local authorities across the UK.

With ESPO, the tender process becomes quicker and easier, enabling our team to respond to quotations and tenders more efficiently.
